A unique patented grill grate system prevents the flames from coming into contact with the food being prepared, and all fat from the food is also diverted away from the flames. The grill offers easy temperature setting and maintenance and uses professional burners with independent regulation, each with an output of 4 kW. The burners do not come into contact with the food being prepared, ensuring their long lifespan and minimizing cleaning requirements.
