For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the flowerpot; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the container (use a plastic liner – available for most flowerpots as an accessory).
For better drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
Black flowerpots lose their color over time. The manufacturer recommends treating flowerpots 2-4 times a year with a special oil to maintain and restore the color, available in the accessories section.

Important - regarding quality:
Due to manual manufacturing and challenging handling (especially for medium and large jumbo flowerpots), flowerpots may have scuffs, minor or moderate scratches. This is a common aspect of the flowerpot’s quality and does not constitute a defect. The surface of the flowerpots is not perfect; slight color variations or different shades in places are not grounds for a complaint.
