Due to manual production and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo planters), planters may have scuffs, minor or moderate scratches. This is a normal part of the planter’s quality and not a defect. Planters are not perfectly finished on the surface; minor color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.

- For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant directly in the container (use a plastic liner – most planters have compatible liners available for purchase).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
- Black planters lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying special restoring oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore the color. This oil can be purchased in the accessories section.
