Due to handcrafting and demanding handling (especially for medium-sized and large jumbo pots), the pots may have scuff marks and minor or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the product’s quality and does not constitute a defect. The pots are not perfectly finished on the surface; minor color deviations or differing shades in places are not grounds for complaint.

- For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the pot; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the cover (use a plastic liner – for most pots, it can be purchased separately).
- For improved water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of supporting feet.
- Black-colored pots lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends treating the pots with a special oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore the color, available for purchase in the accessories section.
