Important - regarding quality:
Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially applies to medium-sized and large jumbo planters), the planters may have scuffs or minor to medium scratches. This is a normal part of the planter’s quality and does not constitute a defect. The surface of the planters is not perfectly flawless, and minor color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.

- For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the container (use a plastic liner – for most planters, these can be purchased separately).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
- The planter has a double bottom, making it possible to use the planter as a tall trough.
- Black planters lose their original black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2–4 times a year to maintain and restore the color; this oil can be purchased in the accessories section.
