Important – regarding quality:
Due to hand production and challenging handling (especially applies to medium-sized and large jumbo planters), planters may have scuffs, small or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the planter’s quality and is not considered a defect. The surface of the planters is not flawless; minor color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.

- For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter; for indoor use do not plant directly in the cover (use a plastic liner – available for most planters as an accessory).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of base feet.
- Black colored planters lose their color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2–4 times per year to maintain and restore the color, which can be purchased in the accessories section.
