Important - regarding quality:
Due to manual production and demanding handling (especially applies to medium and large jumbo planters), the planters may have scuffs, minor or moderate scratches. This is a normal part of the planter quality and not a defect. The planters are not perfect in surface finish; minor color variations or occasional other shades are not grounds for a complaint.

- For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant directly in the pot (use a plastic liner – available for most planters).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
- The planter has a double bottom, which allows it to be used as a tall trough planter.
- Black planters will lose their color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2-4 times per year to maintain and restore color, available for purchase in the accessories section.
