The warranty does not cover leakage. The planter is intended exclusively for outdoor use.
For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter for water drainage.
For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
Black planters gradually lose their black color. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore the color; the oil can be purchased in the accessories section.

Important - regarding quality:
Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo planters), the planters may have scuffs, minor or moderate scratches. This is a normal part of the product's quality and not a defect. The surface is not perfectly finished, and minor color deviations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
