Basic module for the modular Double collection by Roda available in 3 dimensions: 255x85 cm, 170x85 cm, and 85x85 cm, base height 22 cm.
The Double modular collection is a so-called construction kit, from the seat to the decorative pillows. It is designed to closely evoke the feeling of the seating arrangement from your living room, yet still be suitable for outdoor use.
The foundation is an aluminum frame, which is covered with a polyester 3D mesh that allows air circulation.
The basic version of the base has only the 3D net cover, but it is also possible to order it with an additional fabric covering. The basic 3D net cover is available in multiple colors. Upholstery fabric is offered from a wide sample range.
The base requires an additional order of the seat cushion, which has a core of quick-drying polyurethane foam, surrounded by mesh and an outdoor fabric coated with Teflon, making the cushion waterproof. Technically, the cushion is designed to be breathable. There is a wide range of fabric colors available. For a module 255 cm long, you need 3 cushions; for 170 cm, you need 2.
Thanks to all the functional materials, the entire resulting sofa/seating set/armchair can be outdoors year-round without the need to protect them from rain.
When assembling your Double modular seating set, you choose from 3 sizes of the base module (seating/lying part) and 3 sizes of backrests; the smallest size of the backrest can also be used as an armrest.
