Molteni D.150.5

Designed by Gio Ponti and relaunched by Molteni&C in collaboration with Gio Ponti Archives, the D.150.5 relaxation armchair from the Heritage collection is one of his few outdoor furniture pieces. The elegant shape is based on the uninterrupted line of the side, which connects all the parts - backrest, seat, armrests and footrest - into a single unit. The subtle curve between the seat and backrest, taken from Ponti's 1953 designs, is also characteristic. Solid teak highlights the quality of the craftsmanship, while cushions with a polyurethane core and a recyclable polyester cover ensure comfort and durability for outdoor use.
