For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the pot; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the container (use a plastic liner – most pots are compatible with liners that can be purchased separately).
For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of pedestal feet.
Black pots lose their color over time. The manufacturer recommends treating pots with a special oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore color; this oil can be purchased in the accessories section.

Important - regarding quality:
Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo pots), pots may have scuffs, minor or moderate scratches. This is a normal feature of pot quality and does not constitute a defect. The pots are not perfect on the surface; small color variations or occasional differences in shade are not grounds for complaint.
