For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the container (use a plastic liner – most planters have a compatible liner available).
For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of base feet.
Black planters lose their color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2–4 times a year to maintain and restore the color. The oil is available for purchase in the accessories section.

Important - regarding quality:
Due to hand production and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo planters), planters may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a normal aspect of the planter’s quality and does not constitute a defect. Planters are not surface-perfect; small color differences or occasional variations in shade are not grounds for complaint.
