For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the container (use a plastic liner – can be purchased separately for most planters).
For improved drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
Black planters lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore the color; this oil is available in the accessories section.

Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo planters), planters may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a standard aspect of the planter's quality and is not considered a defect. Planters are not perfect on the surface; minor color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for a complaint.
