For outdoor use, a drainage hole must be drilled in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the pot (use a plastic liner – for most planters, this can be purchased separately).
For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
Black planters lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends coating the planters 2–4 times a year with a special oil to maintain and restore the color, available for purchase in the accessories section.

Important – regarding quality:
Due to handcrafting and complex handling (applies especially to medium and large jumbo planters), the planters may have scuffs, minor or moderate scratches. This is a normal part of the planter's quality and is not a defect. The planters are not perfect on the surface, and minor color deviations or different shades in places are not grounds for complaint.
