For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the pot; for indoor use, do not plant directly in the container (use a plastic liner – most pots have a compatible liner available for purchase).
For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of supporting feet.
Black-colored pots lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying special oil 2x–4x a year to maintain and restore the color. The oil is available for purchase in the accessories section.

Due to handmade production and demanding handling (applies especially to medium and large jumbo pots), the pots may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a standard part of the pot's quality and does not constitute a defect. The pots are not perfectly finished; minor color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
