This is a standard part of the product quality and does not constitute a defect. The surface of the planters is not flawless, and slight color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for a complaint.

- For outdoor use, a drainage hole must be drilled; for indoor use, do not plant directly in the container (use a plastic liner – available for most planters).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
- The flowerpot features a double bottom, allowing it to be used as a tall planter box.
- Black flowerpots will lose their color intensity over time. The manufacturer recommends treating the flowerpot 2–4 times per year with a special oil to maintain and restore the color; the oil can be purchased in the accessories section.
